PODtomatic is not a supplier; we make money only from subscriptions. If you cancel, your products will stay on Amazon, but PODtomatic will stop uploading new ones. We won't keep your designs in our system, and you'll need to manage orders manually.
What Happens Immediately After Cancellation
When you cancel your PODtomatic subscription, several things happen right away:
- New Product Uploads Stop - PODtomatic will immediately stop creating and uploading new products to your stores
- Automation Ends - All automated processes, including order forwarding, will be disabled
- Dashboard Access Lost - You will no longer have access to the PODtomatic dashboard
- Marketplace Connections Remain - Your Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify connections stay intact so we can pull orders if you resubscribe
Your Existing Products
The good news is that all products already uploaded to your stores remain completely yours:
- Products Stay Live - All existing listings remain active on Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify
- You Keep Everything - Every product uploaded during your subscription belongs to you permanently
- No Removal - PODtomatic doesn't remove or disable any of your existing products

Order Management After Cancellation
You have two options for handling orders after cancellation:

- Monitor Orders - Check your stores daily for new orders
- Download Order Details - Extract customer information and product specifications
- Recreate Designs - You'll need to recreate the designs yourself as PODtomatic doesn't provide design files after cancellation
- Contact Suppliers - Place orders directly with CustomCat, Laser Chili, or your chosen suppliers with your recreated designs
- Track Fulfillment - Monitor production and shipping status manually
- Update Customers - Provide tracking information to customers manually
Option 2: Lite Plan (Recommended)
- Automated Order Handling - PODtomatic continues to process your existing product orders
